Privacy notice

Our privacy notice is short because we collect almost nothing. This website sets no cookies, embeds no external services and does not analyse your behaviour. What remains is the technical access data recorded by our server and whatever you write into the contact form yourself. Both are set out in detail below.

Last updated: July 2026

Controller

The controller for the data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is Ing. Maier Alexander, Judendorfstraße 40, 8071 Hausmannstätten, Austria.

You can reach us at office.locallution@gmail.com or by telephone on +43 681 10138168. We have not appointed a data protection officer; the statutory conditions requiring one are not met.

Server logs

Every time this website is opened, your browser transmits technical data that our server stores in log files: the address requested, the date and time, the volume of data transferred, the status message, the browser type and operating system, and your IP address.

This data is necessary in order to deliver the website, keep it stable and detect attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in operating the site securely.

The log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are needed for longer to investigate a specific security incident. They are not combined with other data and not evaluated for analytical purposes.

Contact form and email

If you write to us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide — name, company, sector, email address, telephone number where given, the type of enquiry and the text of your message — solely in order to deal with your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

The message travels through our own server; no third-party form service sits in between. To guard against automated submissions we use an additional field that is invisible to you, together with a limit on the number of enquiries per IP address; the IP address is held in memory for at most one hour and is not stored permanently. We deliberately do not use a third-party captcha.

We keep your enquiry for as long as it is needed to deal with it and to handle any follow-up questions, and then delete it — after two years at the latest, unless statutory retention periods say otherwise. We do not send automatic confirmation emails.

The section below sets out which mailbox your enquiry arrives in.

Mailbox and mail provider

Enquiries sent through the form, and emails addressed to us, arrive in a mailbox at Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. That provider is therefore a recipient of the data you send us within the meaning of Art. 13(1)(e) GDPR.

The service is provided technically within the group of companies headed by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, USA; in the course of this, your data is also transferred to the United States. That transfer rests on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 concerning the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which the provider is certified.

We use this mailbox as a free end-user service. There is therefore no data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with the provider — none is offered for free accounts.

Please bear this in mind before writing to us: if you are bound by professional secrecy, client or patient data does not belong in a first enquiry. Describe your situation in general terms, or call us — the telephone number is in the legal notice.

Hosting

This website is operated at Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

In the course of hosting, no personal data is transferred to a third country outside the EU or the EEA.

No cookies, no analytics, no third parties

This website sets no cookies and uses no comparable recognition techniques. A consent banner is therefore not required.

We use no analytics or tracking tools, neither third-party nor self-hosted. No profiling and no automated decision-making take place.

All typefaces, graphics and scripts are delivered from our own server. No third-party content is embedded — no web fonts from outside providers, no map services, no video platforms, no booking widgets, no social network buttons. Opening this website therefore establishes no connection to any external server.

This section concerns the delivery of the website. For the mailbox in which your enquiries arrive, see the section “Mailbox and mail provider”.

Your rights

In respect of the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against us:

  • Access to the data being processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)

Right to complain

If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you can complain to a supervisory authority.

In Austria this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna. In Germany the state data protection authority of the relevant federal state is responsible; you can approach the authority of your place of residence or of our own seat.

Changes to this notice

We amend this privacy notice when the actual processing changes — because a function has been added, for instance. If a statement here no longer holds, that is a mistake we want to correct. Telling us is enough.
