- Maintenance costs €190 per month across all service levels, is cancellable monthly and is not included in the one-off total.
- *Planning guidance: actual concurrent use depends on the model, the tasks and the volume of data, and is assessed before rollout.
- For companies with 15 or more employees we offer individual consultation. Company size is not the same as the number of concurrently active users.

- Included
- The computer, the setup and the maintenance in a single rate. There is no additional €190 maintenance and no separate setup fee.
- Term
- A minimum term of 36 or 24 months respectively. Payment is monthly.
- Ownership
- With the rental, the computer remains the property of Locallution. After the term you can return it, extend, or buy it under a separately agreed arrangement.

So that your local AI remains controllable not only at the introduction but also in ongoing operation.
Included are tested and compatible software, security and AI model updates, technical fault fixing within the delivered solution, regular function checks and the upkeep of the technical version information relevant to the system.
Security-relevant changes are not adopted automatically and uncontrolled, but checked for compatibility with the existing environment before they are introduced.
- Every question about operating the solution as installed, and support for it, without billing individual requests.
- Tested, compatible software, security and AI model updates.
- Technical fault fixing by remote maintenance within the delivered solution.
- A monthly function check, and function tests after any change.
- Handling of support requests.
Rentalincluded on top of maintenance
- Provision of the hardware.
- The agreed setup and introduction.
- Repair or technically equivalent replacement in the event of ordinary hardware defects.
Not included
New automations, additional interfaces, larger data migrations, hardware extensions and on-site work.
Further services such as additional security reviews, new interfaces, extended backup concepts, monitoring or additional documentation requirements can be agreed individually.
